I appreciate you concerns, as we all have questions that aren't being responded too. During this whole legal issue, are the attorney's being paid, or will their pay come from the settlement? If that is the case, the settlement would make little difference. It's not like we are going to receive a piece of that pie, unless I'm totally ignorant of things. That's possible. glta
