My response to you was in regards to dilution. Alex’s written commitment which I received was to only minimally add to the share structure and that was sent to me after the acquisition of his company. I’m not sure that the company had the valuation which we paid, but I can live with it. Insofar as Alex keeping his word with regards to what he shared with me, I feel like he totally has.
