But this isn't a 1 time thing.

If they kill this stock with their trading activity (down to literal no bid), they still owe checks on demand.

And if you are down in sub penny there are only two possible eventual outcomes - no bid, or you survive and move up out of here.

This company has confidently declared "no bid" to not be an option.
