I.e this will change, but are they trying to indicate that this is the most probable amount, or that this is the current secured/minimum amount?

Doesn't seem to be the most straight-forward types of loan, but that might be caused by the issue of lack of collateral?

It will be interesting to see how this ends, both in terms of loan size and type/combination of types.
