Why do people keep saying 33%? Is it not 25%?

However I am not sure about this whole deal. It is solely based upon the fact that OTTV trades the way it does. If OTTV draws, Ignition gets stock at 25% lower pps. That's amazing money if someone offered me that and I loaned them $.

Not sure why everyone so ecstatic, we should be more worried, now JF can continue to print out money at the expense of the shareholders. It's outrageous to me of how high the interest rates are?? How do I get in this business of loaning a company $100k and I get to make 25% on my money?? Lol..

In my business I get money at 2.5-3%, why is this a good deal?

Hopefully I am way off.. since I am OTTV long...
