But I believe them regarding the loan and can't see banks backing out now.



That's also how it felt to me. It's a big advantage that we have 5 banks instead of one. They are going to follow strict guidelines based on facts. And the facts are that TRW is a pretty awesome company. One bank is going to tell the other ones that they don't trust it? Not going to happen. Not after they have come this far.
