Many know I have blasted him and his Wall Street cronies for what i believed hostile attack on JCP and other retails while trying to keep SHLD stock afloat amidst $$$Billions on losses and layers debt on top of debt SHLD has..
But this article yesterday by large Shareholder of SHLD (A Swiss Family trust) demanding federal Investigation rings true to me and others regarding MANY other stocks in past years, as we have witnessed much abusive and aggressive naked shortselling and shortselling schemes out there and NEVER has any Fed organization moved for Shareholders' benefits.
A representative for a Sears Holdings Corp. shareholder sent an open letter to the retailer's board of directors Thursday, calling for the board to explore a sale and a federal investigation into short-selling of the company's stock.
Today no integrity exists anywhere it seems, and definitely NOT in US securities markets. Mostly banks (and large funds with super computers gaming the markets) are behind the manipulations going on regardless of SEC filings, earnings, etc etc etc... Why so many will not invest as we once did prior to say 20 years ago... It is rigged and crooked to steal president Trump's words... THIS is the problem !!!
I have seen such activities in many stocks, and most recent times with DRYS, JCP, and many others to where finally SEC is looking into the 10+ year debacle with DRYS stock and its management people and connections to Canadien Fund Manager there (including TD Ameritrade brokerage)...
I agree with this Swiss family as this SH!!T has GOT TO CEASE furthermore, as it not only financially affetcs trusted Shareholder Investors, but also ruins public listed corporations and the entire reason a corp goes Public in the first place. What's the sense to go public and all the costs to register & file regularly and so forth, when a organized shortsell group can manipulate prices and decimate your corp stock anyway??? Who the hell would want to invest knowing that from the start today??!! And to also contradict the very definitions of "investing" for all MBA courses out there as all that wasted money for such degree might as well be thrown away as NONE of it matters today in US securities markets...
