1. HLK did register in Nevada, correct.
2. They merged into AMHL (Wyoming)

3. The status on HLK's NVSOS page is now "default" because they didn't paid the fees now (expired at november 30). My best guess is they set up a company in Nevada with the intention to r/m with another company: they found AMHL in Wyoming.
So I guess the Nevada company will disappear.

4. You will see the name change from AMHL to HLK at the wyoming page if you scroll down and click on "History" and click on the first filing/pdf.

5. If you click on "Parties" (bottom page) you will see the old(IMHO) and new director.
I expect mr. Anderson will leave and was "used" to do the dirty work (R/S).

So IMHO this is great and a R/S is very healthy.
Looking forward reading more about HLK.
According to this page they had in 2015 more then 200 employees already.
