The bollinger bands have started to open up as candles are now pushing upwards and accumulation has been picking up. The stock seems ready to move up if the CEO does things right next week and delivers the promised news, hopefully. This can copy last move around mid-September. If he disappoints, it will be a chart play (death cross) IMO..
