It is my understanding that a lot of buyers yesterday misinterpreted the news about the form-25 and thought it was a positive guidance towards relisting on NASDAQ ... because THAT was the mistake I made.

I bought 140,000 shares at 0.057 average.

Luckily, when I realised my mistake, I sold them first thing in the morning at an average of 0.064 for a profit of $980.

As for the dilution being over ... would you give your house keys to a convicted robbery felon if he told you he is done robbing houses and promisses you that he will not rob yours ?

DCTH has a track record of throwing their own shareholders under the bus to gain financial traction. How can self-respecting investors deal with such crooks ?
