I had 3,000,000 shares of ICLD, averaged at 0.0035 and I dumped them all at 0.0022 yesterday.
I was going to play the Grant Thornton lawsuit but the possible RS 1:100 is for me a clue that they will lose the lawsuit.
Even worse, Grant Thornton is counter suing ICLD.
So I am OUT.
If Munro et. al. were genuinely sincere about wanting to redress alleged "tort" done by Grant Thornton, they would repay the remaining debt with their own money, instead of shareholder's money, by taking salaries of $1 a year until the company is back on their feet.
Instead, they have decided to throw their shareholders under the bus to gain financial traction.
