Also if you want to argue sales as being necessary for acquisition, than my response to you is google Medtronics acquisition of Spinal Dynamics. 5 million revenue bought for 54x that at $270m with only 2 product candidates and no FDA approval; just CE mark in EU!

This is why sales/revenues are a distraction from the real story, its about what the tech can do and how much revenue an acquirer could make.

Aerospace could be very interesting because Morgan Ceramics has been developing for NASA. I have no idea how Amedica's formulation/manufacturing technique differs from mainstream formulations but it differs enough for Morgan to be developing a product.
