I simply HATE companies that throws their shareholders under the bus to gain financial traction.

Dilution and reverse split is done by evil crooks who would happily crush your bones alive for money.

I am realizing too late that BITCOIN was the perfect investment. No scummy CEO to run the company to the ground while giving themselves fat salaries and fat bonuses. No debt, no dilution, no reverse split, cannot become bankrupt. Okay, BITCOIN doesn't have cash flow but it has none of the EVILS that accompanies stocks.
