Here's my best and final OS guesstimate for the week. It's been more difficult to pin down MAXI given the influx of day traders and his jumping all over the place. I hope people made money or recovered some losses this week.

1. OS 6 NOV: 1.4M @ $10.50/share. Valuation: $15M w/$10.5M DEBT
2. OS 8 DEC: 95M @ $.049/share. Valuation: $4.6M w/under $750K DEBT

Depending on how MAXI finishes out, this is done no later than 12 PM EST Tuesday, 12 December.

I sent a couple of emails over to Delcath investor relations this morning. They have only answered once, but they have filed 2 8K's updating share structure. So who knows...

Fearless forecast for next week:

8K on Tuesday after close or Wednesday morning indicating total share structure. PR to follow indicating debt has been cleared.

If I am wrong, iHub public flogging to commence Thursday, 14 December. And on Friday, 15 December, you are all invited to my local community center, where, as a castrato, I will be playing the role of Mimi in Puccini's opera 'La Boheme'. I've been practicing "O Soave Fancuilla" all week to hedge against the fearless forecast above.

1) You haven't lost anything if you haven't sold; and 2)spend quality time with your family and friends this weekend. If nothing else, DCTH serves a reminder of just how short life can be.
