Could be. I was always hoping for a combination of a loan and equity raise. That would provide TRW with more "collateral" or financial strength and it would be a win-win for us at the same time.

Actually, SIAF should have done it already after the ECAB deal. But the problem then was, SIAF never reached book value or more. I think the highest was 70% of book.

And if not, they will do it shortly after they get the loan. Mark my words.
