The value of the shares are based on whatever the trading price is currently,not what they originally paid for it. If they paid 1.25 cents per share when the deal closed and the share trades for .60 a share today,then that is what it should be worth. That's the puzzling issue here,It looks good on Paper as another board member said but why isn't everybody and His Grandmother lining up to Buy.
