Granted. I was imprecise in my earlier post. I meant 1.94 million shares.

They also had provisions for warrants at .45 (if I recall correctly) in their June 30th 8-K. They CLEARLY expect dramatic price appreciation as a result of the share reduction, going current, and acquisition.
