They paid 500k for 40 million shares. If the shares were worth .50, then the value of the shares would be 20 million dollars. Basically HISC paid about a 1 1/4 cents for each share. So for every 50 shares of HISC that you own you are getting 1 1/4 cents. To break it down further; for every SHARE of HISC that you own, you are getting a dividend of .00025. That's 1/40th of a penny. Am I missing something here?
