I guess despite all the DD experts, nobody can answer these questions?

I was here a few months back and tried to add to the knowledge, but left because I was tired of the vitriolic attacks and lack of reason. Thought I’d stop in and see how it was going.

New ticker, Q3 financials. Under 4 cents.

Anyone ready to believe that this company isn’t what all the speculation says? That perhaps it is just a start-up with a dream like I said?

How about the financial report – anyone care to explain a few interesting items?

43.5 million shares given out for debt service – guess that’s how a company with no cash pays its bills?

Other current assets of nearly $4 million – what is that? Prepaid salaries? Looks like the company distributes its cash to employees immediately, whether earned or not.

Paid in capital washed out by accumulated deficit. Someone’s got a claim on the first $20 million – I wonder who? How much of that represents debt for the alleged Intellectual Property of the alleged revolutionary battery system that nobody in the industry has ever seen or heard about?

$300K+ loss due to exchange rates? Wonder why the money is moving across borders?

Buyer beware (IMHO).
