If you keep track of Sal via Instagram/LinkedIn as I do regularly, you will see that he likes EVERY post that Greg George/Emerging Franchises/Sam Rincione posts. I'm sad he closed out his Twitter, as that was the only true form he ever mentioned merger specific stuff on.

I am still skeptical on the UHLN Twitter, as there really is no way to verify the legitimacy of it, and generally is only update AFTER Sal tweeted a message, so really anyone could be making stuff up and "issuing a comment". Just my two cents.

I'm following Emerging Franchises on Linkedin and Instagram and they have not mentioned any future statements about growing the company through other methods (aka merger). LAst tweet from Sal said he was going to start on his development team. It is also a surprising coincidence that Emerging Franchises recently listed 15 new "Opportunity Agents" globally on their website. I have tried to scour Linkedin for these agents profiles to see what they list as their link to Emerging Franchises, and most are not up to date with any direct links, other than a shared connection of Greg George, and also SAL. The connections he has with EF are deep.

Looking over the employment experience with these new 15 agents, you can see experiences from employees of Red Mango, which Sal helped develop, to a Subway (sandwiches) development agent, to Banking Sales, to Franchise Recruitment agents, to Franchise Concept development agents. Some of these positions see quite large for what appears to be the two man team of Greg and Samantha, so I cannot help but wonder if this development that Sal is speaking of is happening in the back end of Emerging Franchises, and they are waiting for their full fledge reveal.

Again, just an opinion, but if EF is actually the company, they seem to have quite a hefty background in play. My concern is that it does not seem like a cohesive group, with so many individual international players. There is a larger US based team that might help run the show, but it seems like everyone still has their own employment that they are involved in, and EF might be something on the side.

Anyhow, just keeping the posts alive. Not sure if it's of benefit to anyone. GLTA
