Just got off the phone with company's Transfer Agent...

They say they are being gagged by the company and can't give out the Share Structure

Apparently Sprovieri (ordered by Convertible Toxic dumpers) doesn't want anybody to know how much shrs being dumped while they have been dumping

O/S must be above 500million now , at least

Funny, they did 1/100 Reverse Split 4 months!!! ago when stock was at 0.0001-2 , and now back to almost same price in that short period of time , What a crazy dilution that is.

So, when is the next R/S will be announced , when it dips to 0.0002 , just like the last time?

Of course anyone following this company closely didnt surprise by all of this drama, As I said many many times here that 20 BILLION!!! A/S is the tip off and early warning sign of this was about to happen
