I do not rely on rumors or hearsay. I get my info straight from the source (which I would never reveal). There are alot of things going on right now between Vfuels and MMEX. The only people who know what is going on is them, nobody else. The "FEED WORK" in the field is done. The quote is nearing completion and should be finished by the end of the month. LOIs are a requirement of the financiers. The "Off-take agreements" are being gathered at this time. Once everything is finalized, a deal for MMEX will be announced.
