Why would a company expand into new states and acquire other companies, in an obvious plan for growth, if they were doing a pump and dump? What do you think, Christopher Moltisanti, from the Sopranos is in a boiler room with the kid from A Bronx Tale, cold calling people to buy this stock?
CANN were thoroughly investigated by the feds before the stock was made available to sell again on the retail market. If this company was a scam, it would have turned up in the rectal exam the govt gave them.
