Recently increased to 20.0 Billion Authorized, with 10.7 Billion Outstanding.

Over 4 BILLION shares have blown out the door in 2017 and NOBODY has any clue where the shares have gone! Logic suggests these 4 billion shares are now Float, being traded in the public markets!
