(Per the 8-K released today: http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=12420093 ) Shares issued for purchase: 1.94 Million. Then see section 4.2 on page 21 of Exhibit 1: There were 29.768 Million shares outstanding on 11/13. Add the 1.94 for the acquisition and we get to 31.7 Million)
