Court update/question: Citizenship for plaintiff???

NOTICE: Any defendants wishing to file a motion to dismiss on subject-matter jurisdiction and/or arbitration should file their briefs electronically with the court on or before January 10, 2018. Plaintiff should file its opposition brief electronically with the court on or before February 7, 2018. Defendants should file their reply briefs, if any, by February 16, 2018. The court anticipates that if any limited discovery is necessary on the issue of plaintiff's citizenship, such discovery can be accomplished very quickly. If, however, a party or parties believe a modification of the briefing schedule is necessary in light of any limited discovery, they should file a letter with the court explaining their views. I'm REALLY hoping 2018 IS the year for this stock. It would completely make sense with 2019 being the year China is mandating a percentage of ALL their cars be environmentally friendly.

These "up and running" plants we have along with this supposed "agreement" with a city for either busses or cars should have a major BOOM affect on the stock once officially announced.

This RO being "silent" makes me wonder just how much information people think he would be allowed to disclose anyhow? Probably not much or it would violate many trading laws as insider information and such.

Bottom line, 2018 HAS to be the year or IMO, it's done!
