Mr. Elliott,

I am a current shareholder in Icon Media Holdings Inc. As I'm sure you are more than aware, CEOlive.tv has had numerous interviews with the CEO Mr. Deakin. The current shareholder community has much concern over the current state of the company: the form 10 has yet to be filed as it has been repeated over two years it is "close; referring to your interview dated", the company is delayed in its quarterly filings, we are over four months with zero means of communication from the company, zero communication regarding the acquisition (interview dated June 20, 3:04sec states a public announcement "shortly"), there has been endless dilution at $0.0001, and the auditing company XBRL associates does not have a web page.

I'm sure you can understand this is beginning to make shareholders feel the start of "pump and dump" as there has also been a Reverse split filed back in May that has yet to take effect. Seeing that Icon has not delivered on any of their statements, I was wondering if you could tell us if there will be any further content from CEOlive.tv regarding ICNM?
