Major manipulation - bid/ask spread
Those making the market are playing games. Bid ask spread is nearly 100%. .061x.11, then level II clear manipulation. Not retail selling 5k share blocks @ bid 7 seconds after exact amount of buys goes off @ ask. Clearly market makers and their daddy have decided to slow any accumulation down and not provide an orderly market. Gotta wonder who and why. Just my most humble opinion.
