What we know is they're looking

to make the platform more robust. To me that suggests the operative algorithms work just fine but the system architecture is being redone to support the algos better. But I'm just speculating. I haven't called the company.

I know ubetcha thinks it may be a matter of differential performance for some verticals as opposed to others. He may be right. His guess is as good as mine. The only way to know is call the company.

Since they're still doing the pilots I'm not nervous at this time. But you apparently have more questions you need answered at this time. Why don't you call the company and report what you learn?
