typically, no, it wouldn't, but although thinly traded, the b/a is relatively tight still which lends to TA having more validity imo. It has to trade above the $4 range for a period of time along with other variables, see my other post this morning on that... and of course it takes time for the paperwork to process through the regulators LOL.. ugh.

Buy it, trade it, hold it, ignore it... do whatever your want, just
don't do it because of what I say.
