Thanks.. your advice makes sense and has come from others locally as well that know what happened...

The account is greater now then when i opened it..

My irritation is that i have traded it so infrequently that my own habits couldn't possibly be problematic...they do charge me thousands to trade per annual fee...they ARE making decent money offa me.. I RARELY trade!!

They know the agreement that was signed...they acknowledged what i wanted to do when opening the account with a hearty laugh and handshake...I held ..SIRI IN IT.. AS THE ONLY HOLDING FOR A YEAR!

They have their arses covered I'm sure with any LEGAL complaint..this is Morgan Stanley we're talking about..some puny investor in cowville's not going to be causing them a problem for a second if he wants to press the issue..

However..we do know THEY started the HEDGE FUND BUSINESS...THEY are the major innovator and financier of those interests...THEY all do their business with them.. on and on

To the extent that one of 'em has a problem with having gone short this stock..well..I ain't a rocket scientist..but on this one I know enough to have figured how/when and why they SUDDENLY...'had a problem with my trade'
