VCPS, THE GOOD: They are SEC current with filings. Their share count is verified by transfer agent. Management and board members have impressive resumes......VCPS, THE BAD: Their website is no where near complete when it should be. The patent is not even close to being approved and may never be. Manangement does not communicate with investors and dilution is out of control......Some things scream scam with VCPS and other things say they want to make the share price increase.....Time will tell with VCPS.
