yes, I understand.............. except Gabriel did not form the original Cresent Construction Company, Inc. back in 1980...He did not become President of the company until about 2014....

but why the 9-7-2017 formation...is the construction business now being run thru the new corporation...if so, what happened to Cresent Construction Company, Inc. the entity which was purchased by IHSI March 9, 2017???????????
