Well, think of it this way. When Free Shares hit the market, many will dump them to grab their money. If news is held back until then, positive news will provide some cushion to the anticipated deluge of shares to market and share price, thereby protecting those that have invested money to buy FHBC shares.
Sounds like a reasonable strategy to me.
