Hail Mary SEC case, even they know they don't have anything. If they had anything, stock would halt or suspend.

There's nothing there. SEC has to build a case which establishes Epling as an affiliate, and, in court documentation, they literally are piecing together misstatements and using as a basis for their "complaint".

Gifted shares. Non-affiliate.

Also, they want to make this case into a glorified sacrificial lamb, with Epling as the lamb, all to appear relevant. They have nothing.
