its not unlimited...its a malicious market maker (VNDM) who can sit with a block of any size and we won't know what is there.

its interesting that when vndm comes down he always gets hit and other mms retreat back to 0002...then when he leaves for a bit other mms come in to hold it at 0001. for whatever reasons they want vndm selling at 0001 and 0001 only for right now.

i think it has something to do with investment opportunities on their website but i've reached out to Jeff and all he said was "We are using investors to help with our recent growth"

he gave me daves email who his handling all of that, but once i mentioned nouv he didn't respond
