Here is what I know about it



Sandy Winick and Herbert Becker are pals, Sandy put Herbert into HEE when Sandy was the Chairman. Herbert became Chairman and CEO. Sandy left to start up Blackout.

MGWB is now run by Herbert, but yesterday MGWB switched to Amercian Heritage Transfer Agent, just the same as Blackout.

MGWB also went from Delaware to a Wyoming home state, just like Blackout.

MGWB which never trades, began trading today.

I see something big coming.
