So NVEI has the tech, but doesn't have the funds to develop it.
If NVEI can't get the resources to do this thing "right" I would hope they have the good sense to search for a partner that DOES. Or maybe consider an outright "sell-out" (at a reasonable price). I hope they don't let pride and greed get in the way, at the expense of shareholders.
