I asked the head there to furnish me in writing that i couldn't purchase any more shares of sljb...

Last Friday he ended my conversation asking for written clarification.. saying that he would provide that in writing.

He was a strange animal on the phone ....eventually saying that i COULDN'T BUY ANYTHING WITH THE CASH RESERVES IN MY ACCOUNT...EXCEPT FOR...a stock priced over $4.. my account has gained in value for over a year..it's always held a lopsided mix of extremely low priced securities.

He even acknowledged that he had never prevented any trade..even acknowledged the agreement i had signed to be agressive and trading without their counsel on anything i ever did.

He bristled at first saying..NO.. to my desire to see them state this in writing...several times...

and then..he said FINE...YOU'LL HAVE IT IN WRITING!!

well...it's a week later and i'm only five miles away..and mr mailman hasn't shown with that letter yet.
