I actually graduated from McCombs School of Business in 2015 so Hook'em Horns for me :).


After this $DCTH fiasco... thinking about going back for a law degree so that I can sue back fraudsters like Jennifer and her team of crooks, there is no way this whole thing has been 100% legal, I'm no a securities law expert but something smells fishy here. RS was voted down through the normal process and days later she miraculously had "approval" from two institutional holders.


I contacted the SEC about this weeks ago... they are in their normal review process of the matter. Hopefully they find merits to investigate any collusion or securities fraud.
