It actually doesn't do much except scare some shake hands. OTCm is a for profit exchange and has no teeth as a regulatory agency. Not only does it not prohibit FVRD from sharing corporate progress via PRs, it in no way impedes it from doing all the viable things that caused investors to valuate it worth investing in in the first place. CE is just an irritation and manipulation. And while we are all impatiently awaiting it's ultimate and speedy removal FVRD does the same thing it alway did: build a powerhouse corporation and add value for its shareholders.
