Makes perfect sense. The NYSE is basically saying you have 180 days to cure your low price per share problem. If you have to do a shareholder meeting to do so and it may take longer than the 180 days to cure, you need to let us know of your plan to cure in 10 business days. Otherwise you have just 6 months. You just can't come to us 6 months from now and say we never got our stock price up, we need to have another 6 months.

From NYSE; " The company must, however, notify the Exchange, within 10 business days of receipt of the notification, of its intent to cure this deficiency or be subject to suspension and delisting procedures. "
