I agree with the SEC since they thoroughly reviewed the excerpt I provided from the company's Form 10 registration.

LOL...as if an accounting firm knows something the SEC does not know.

Wrong, google exec comp, jobs act and Skadden Arps or any other large law or accounting firm.
