Second, If there is no R/S how they will reduce shares: buyback or share cancellation?
because 17 billion a/s and about 8 billion o/s way tooo much.

Third, Are they serious they want to do, or they just want to sell shares to make money?
what i understood, shareholders lost confidence because of their past actions. Shareholders need confidence.
Then This stock can rock quickly with news they posted.
