The previous FDA approval of the new method of making the compound was huge, and this patent is a much stronger patent now.

$2.00 is alot different than if they were forced to raise all the money at .75. In fact, I know the CEO was in NY meeting with a friend of mine and I am sure with a bunch of investment banks. Oppenheimer did the last raise.

I hope they do some type of strategic alliance and never have to worry about money raises again. The depression area had been a wasteland for a decade but now there are new classes of drugs that appear to be alot safer with little or no side effects, this one could be the gem of them all.
