No, this became a joke a loooong time ago.

This oil services company almost looked legit -- orders, history, etc. But why would they acquire a debt-ridden shell? And why acquire a second shell? And why would they retain Morris as their attorney? And what are they going to do with those A-1 preferreds?

Too many questions...
