Yes it's got to be something out of the ordinary. An equity raise is highly unlikely I agree.

That huge bidder two days ago on both MNII and FRAZ is what is fascinating, why even flash that if someone is trying to buy quietly.

I'm thinking someone is taking control of the company or else maybe the Fund is buying shares but it would have to be with an arranged Sale from Nick or something!
