Shareholders Updates:
We had several meetings and communications with the compny's new CEO. Just for the record these were not "for public" phone conferences but rather utilitarian communications to expedite the filings and OTC membership renewals. As soon as that part of the transition is over, the company will announce a shareholders meeting where all shareholders will be invited.

Just a quick note. We had a great meeting with our programmers, and will be announcing the encryption software launch shortly. Also, we feel that crypto currency will help several of our companies in their business
