Shareholders Updates:

I just wanted to post a quick response to several wrong, and in some cases misleading rumors.

First of all, the "coal" deal that was circulated is "fake news", because I never posted that. We are focused on the MJ industry and related market space to that genre.

I will say, that although our encryption software that we will licence from 3D Eye Solutions, (i.e. TDEY), and the crypto-currency software is not a related item for ProTek business plan, we will however use them for ACH and virtual processing for the business. Also, the crypto-currency will assist us to expand into the banking side of things making things easier for MJ industry do their processing while we wait for the Feds to finally, (and eventually) , allow MJ businesses to be processed by traditional banks and institutions.

I will also point out that although several people, such as our ex CEO JS and BM are interfering with our progress and creating both false narratives and completely false accusations, we will prevail and make this company a success.

I have to deal with all of their accusations , but we are on the right side of the law and they will be held responsible for libel and slander that is very well documented.

I realize that some of the shareholders are not on my side, but the goal here is the benefit for all shareholders and building a shareholder value.

When an outside group attempts to interfere and disrupt our business in order to enrich themselves and/or seek some sort of an emotional "victory", that is against the law and is being dealt with.
