The salary “controversy” has been beaten to death here.

No matter how anyone tries to spin it, Eves and Neary are compensated. They do not work for free and never have. As spelled out in every quarterly and yearly SEC filing, both receive exorbitant salaries and bonuses way in excess of what they’ve accomplished and way in excess of corporate standards.

Managers are free to cash in their shares at any time, and have done so many times over the years. Again, this is factual data backed up by SEC filings.

Thanks for the opportunity to point out the compensation facts again.
